Are you accepting NEW clients?

I love meeting new people & I love having new canvases to work on too. While I am accepting NEW clients, my availability is limited. Once I receive a new client form, I review it to see if we are a good fit first and then, if it is possible for us to coordinate for scheduling.


What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, I get it. All reservations are made in good faith.

Cancellations for any reason within 48 hours of your reservation time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time or a no show are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule a reservation, please do so at your earliest ability so that I can offer your spot to another guest. I will do my best to get you rescheduled, but please know that often that will mean being put on the waitlist.

Should I come to my appointment with clean or dirty hair?

This is where I love to use a good analogy… wink, wink! Would you go to the dentist with bad breathe & dirty teeth? Of course not!

I appreciate excellent hygiene! Please arrive with clean & dry hair, even though I will give you an excellent scrub! I love my color clients to do a good clarifying shampoo within 24 hours of their reservation.

On the day of your reservation, avoid usage of color touch up powders/sprays, too much hairspray, sweaty workouts - as these will make your hair not clean enough for optimal color results.

Can I bring my kid or dog to my reservation?

I love both however, the service I take pride in delivering is more of a spa like experience. It is important that you receive 100% of my attention, so please do not bring any additional bodies with you to your reservation.

Do you take bang trims between salon visits?

I sure do. If you’d like a bang trim, please text me the week of your need & I will offer you some times that work well with that weeks schedule.

Can I stop by to pick up product if I run out between visits?

You sure can! To make it easier, text me prior (the day before if you can) and I will have everything ready for you.

What product lines do you carry?

I primarily use DAVINES for my color line & styling line. It is a clean B corp company out of Parma, Italy. I also use IBIZA hair brushes and have them available for purchase too.
